Due to the COVID-19 pandemic I am running my weekly classes online.
As usual, all levels of practice are welcome and joining details will be sent following booking and payment.
Classes are donation based, but pay what you can!

Yoga is about reconnecting the body and mind, if something feels good then do it in whatever shape works for you, if it doesn’t feel good then don’t do it!
Here are a few FAQ I have had to help you get the best out of your practice;
What is Zoom?
Zoom is an online video conferencing tool that you can join via web browser or app, it is a great tool for connecting with friends, family and of course, getting together to practice yoga!
Joining instructions will be sent upon receipt of payment and if you are struggling with set up, we can always have a test chat beforehand!
If you have any problems, you can message me via WhatsApp.
How much are the classes?
Classes are donation based with suggested amount of £5 which can be paid via PayPal.
However I don’t want payment to be a barrier to practice, if you are struggling due to loss of income so I am happy for you to pay what you can.
What shall I wear?
The beauty of practicing in your home via Zoom is that no one has to see you! Wear something comfortable, bare feet, brush your hair or don’t, camera on or not, you do you!
Do I need any equipment?
My classes are such that you can join with no equipment what so ever. A mat would be good as standard, but you can practice on your carpet or the floor, you just might need something to make your knees a little more comfortable. Maybe a cushion or pillow to sit on if you can’t sit comfortably cross legged and if you like a blanket for relaxation but otherwise – just bring your gorgeous self!
I don’t have much room at home?
You only need a small space, enough for a yoga mat, just make sure it’s safe and cleared of any hazards.
